1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using any applications or websites provided by LukyLab s.r.o. (“Lucky Apps”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
2. Use of Our Apps
Our apps are licensed to you on a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable basis. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, resell, or misuse any part of our apps, services, or associated intellectual property.
3. AI Services & Third-Party APIs
Certain apps integrate third-party artificial intelligence models (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Black Forest Labs). By using these features, you agree to comply with applicable acceptable use policies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
4. Subscriptions, In-App Purchases & Credits
All subscriptions, in-app purchases, and promo code redemptions are processed securely through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. Prepaid credits expire 12 months after purchase and are non-transferable.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LukyLab s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our apps or services.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic and the European Union.
